We’ll keep this short because nobody likes reading privacy policies. Here is the bottom line: We sell canvas bags, not your personal data. We value your privacy as much as we value our own.

 

1. What We Collect (And Why)

We only collect the information we actually need to do business with you. We don’t ask for your mother’s maiden name or your childhood pet’s name.

Here is what we need and why we need it:

  • Your Name & Address: So we can print a shipping label and get your gear to your doorstep.

  • Your Email: So we can send you your order confirmation and tracking number. We might also send you an occasional newsletter (if you signed up for it), but you can unsubscribe from that anytime with one click.

  • Your Phone Number: Strictly for shipping issues. If the delivery driver can’t find your house, they need a way to call you. We will never cold-call you to sell you things.

2. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to strangers. That’s creepy, and we don’t do it.

However, we do have to share some details with the essential services that help our store run:

  • Shipping Carriers: We have to give your address to FedEx/UPS/USPS so they can deliver your package.

  • Payment Processors: When you pay, your credit card info goes directly to the bank/processor (like Stripe or PayPal). We never actually see your full credit card number; we just get a “thumbs up” that the payment went through.

  • Our Store Platform: Our website is hosted on a secure platform (like Shopify) that keeps the lights on and the cart working.

3. Cookies

Yes, we use cookies. Not the chocolate chip kind (unfortunately).

Digital cookies are tiny files that help our website remember you.

  • They keep your items in the Shopping Cart while you browse other pages.

  • They remember if you are logged in.

  • They help us see which bags are the most popular so we can make more of them.

You can turn off cookies in your browser settings if you want, but the shopping cart might not work properly if you do.

 

4. Security

We take security seriously. Our website is encrypted (that’s what the little lock icon in your browser address bar means). We use industry-standard security measures to keep your information safe from prying eyes.

 

5. Your Rights

It’s your data. If you want us to delete your history from our system, or if you want to know exactly what info we have on you, just ask.
