7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your item arrives to initiate a return.
Refunds are issued for the item’s purchase price only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, returned items must be:

Unused and unwashed.

In the exact condition you received them.

Accompanied by all original, attached tags.
If an item shows signs of wear, use, or damage, we will not be able to accept the return.
How to Return an Item

Request a Return: Email support@canvasgear.com with your order number and let us know you would like to return your item.

Get the Address: We will reply promptly with the correct return shipping address.

Pack and Ship: Pack the item securely in its original box (or a similar sturdy box) and ship it back to us.
Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit. For international returns (including the US, UK, Australia, and Europe), please ensure customs documents are filled out correctly to avoid processing delays.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund immediately to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the funds to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
We inspect all gear before it ships. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Email us photos of the issue within your 7-day window.

We will send you a prepaid return shipping label.

You may choose either a full refund or a brand-new replacement at no extra cost to you.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item or color is to return your original bag for a refund and place a new order at your convenience.
